Thank you for shopping with URBANDEL. We take pride in providing high-quality, luxury pieces designed to elevate your lifestyle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces


2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available. If your requested item is out of stock, you will receive a store credit or refund (depending on your preference).

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@urbandel.com before shipping your item back.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize your replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email customerservice@urbandel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. URBANDEL is not responsible for items lost in transit.


6. International Orders

For international customers, shipping and customs fees are non-refundable. Please check your country’s import policies before placing your order.
