1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay due to stock availability, we will notify you promptly via email.

We offer standard and express shipping options throughout the U.S.

3. International Shipping
URBANDEL ships worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. URBANDEL is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
URBANDEL is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at customerservice@urbandel.com with photos within 3 days of delivery.
We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue.
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For pre-order or backordered items, estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page or in your confirmation email. You will be updated once your order is ready to ship.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
